Head Coach Scotty Hollis
Scotty Hollis is a dedicated coach, competitor, and proud father of rising shooter Lola Hollis. A Level One NSCA Coach, Scotty brings both technical expertise and a deep-rooted passion for developing athletes. He comes from a family of coaches and competitors, and his own background as a collegiate soccer player shapes his disciplined, team-first approach.
Scotty’s coaching philosophy centers on working hard, being fair, and holding athletes accountable—principles he models every day. Known for his quiet resolve and friendly demeanor, he balances a calm presence with a strong competitive fire. As a competitor himself, Scotty will shoot in NSCA A Class for the 2026 season, continuing to sharpen his skills alongside the athletes he coaches.
Matt Herron
Matt’s duties on the coaching staff include running practices, coordinating team gear and schedules, and serving on the Board of Directors. Matt is a competitor himself and has experienced success at the national level. In 2024, he won several US Open D Class titles including - the Prelim, Main, and Super Sporting events. Matt’s son Owen shoots on The Farm Team.
Rick Webb is a Level One NSCA Coach, and he brings both technical expertise and an international level experience to The Farm Team. He helped get the Farm Team started several years ago and his son Hunter Webb is one of the top shooters in the country. Rick brings a plethora of industry wide relationships and experiences to our team. Rick also serves on the Board of Directors.

Jacob and Chris Clapp
Jacob and his father Chris Clapp have been associated with The Farm Team for several years. Jacob recently finished up his career with the team and is now working full time plus going to PA school. When he’s available, he joins the team at practices and shoots. He was a stand out shooter and his positive energy is infectious. His dad Chris is the team Safety Officer, which is a natural fit for his police background.
